Lawrence has many years of experience in marketing and sales management in various industries, including banking and financial services, microcomputer systems, office equipment, electronic, scientific and medical equipment, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, and publishing. He has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, Mainland China, and Canada.
Lawrence’s previous appointments include that of CEO and Managing Editor of Digital Vision Technology Ltd., CEO and Managing Editor of Digital Heritage Publishing Co. Ltd., Director and Shareholder of IT Ventures Ltd., and Director and Shareholder of Digital Creation and Chinese Books Cyberstore Ltd.
Lawrence was the Deputy Managing Director of Laser Computer Ltd. for 10 years. Laser is one of the largest and most successful IT companies in HK and China specialising in the distribution of computer peripherals and related products. He single-handedly established an extensive nationwide network with more than 13 successful offices in various major cities in China during the 1990’s. He has not only witnessed first-hand but has also participated in the economic growth of China, experiencing both adversity and prosperity.
In 2003, Lawrence has established The Society of Chinese Wisdom and Management dedicated to the study and promotion of Chinese and Western culture aiming to integrate and distill wisdom for a better life in modern society. Besides from learning Taoism, Buddhism and Zen, Lawrence is also a musician, writer and management philosopher specialized in integrating the wisdom of Chinese and Western Culture into modern life and management.

Paul is a corporate trainer, an independent consultant, and a practicing psychotherapist & family therapist. He is an adjunct faculty and a clinical supervisor for the “Master of Art in Professional Counseling” program of the Olivet Nazarene University, Illinois of United States since 2010. In this program, Paul teaches the subject of “Counselling Theories”, “Internship in Professional Counselling”, and “Counselling Practicum I & II” for the Master students. Paul is also a part-time lecturer of HKU.
Paul has delivered formal Project Management and Advanced Project Management Training with more than 1500 participants since 2002.
